ICE LOVE YOU was born from a simple, powerful idea: to make gelato that is good, genuine and free to travel.
We are three young founders, curious and deeply in love with what we do. A lean project, open to collaborations and new influences, growing alongside a changing world.

In 2016, we started the engine of our first food truck, bringing our gelato through the streets of Cagliari and along the beaches of Sardinia. The response was immediate, the enthusiasm overwhelming. Even gelato knows when it’s time to take things seriously.

In 2019, our artisan laboratory was born — the beating heart of ICE LOVE YOU: gelato and pastry, constant research, and hands always at work.

Our vision has grown: today ICE LOVE YOU lives across retail, HoReCa, street food and delivery, bringing its identity wherever there’s a desire for something authentic.

2026 marks a new step in our journey: the launch of our online delivery shop.
From now on, ICE LOVE YOU can be ordered in just a few clicks, choosing your favourite flavours and receiving gelato directly at home, in Cagliari and the surrounding area.

Same artisanal quality, the same care for ingredients, the same love as always.
Only the distance between us and your freezer has changed.
